Job Title: Volunteer Fitness Center Supervisor Reports to: Association Manager and Volunteer Services Director Summary: Volunteer Supervisor for the exercise facilities is responsible for opening the Fitness Center Monday through Friday by 6:00 A.M. so that residents may use the exercise room, indoor pool, SPA, showers and locker rooms. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *Satisfactorily complete required orientation and training as conducted by the Association Manager. *Enter the Clubhouse through the main entrance, turn on the hallway lights as required, and disarm alarm system. *Using selected Pass Point card, open exercise room door and turn on lights and TV's. *Using selected Pass Point card, open the indoor pool and turn on lights. *Unlock exterior doors directly across from the indoor pool so members can enter. *Turn on both men's and women's locker room lights and open exterior doors leading to outdoor pool and golf course. *Have the ability to adjust room temperatures for exercise room and indoor pool area. *Utilize special key or code to maintenance closet to access towels and wipes *Be satisfactorily trained in the following emergency equipment and techniques: Ø Emergency telephones Ø Defibulator Ø CPR |
